Sterno Table Top Hot Dog Steamer Cart, 40 hot dog/35 bun capacity stainless steel hot dog steamer. This hot dog steamer is a real merchandiser - set it up where you have crowds and you will sell a lot of hot dogs! The wheels are for decoration and the umbrella is included. Two compartments for hot dogs - one is on "warm-up" and the other is ready to serve. Hot dog juice tray helps keep your water pan cleaner. Front drain valve for easy cleaning.
Requires "Sterno" cooking fuel (NOT included). Sterno gel is a formulation of denatured alcohol, water and gel. Sterno is odorless and smoke free. The gel is extinguishable and can be re-lit without affecting product performance. Start with 5 cans of Sterno in drawer. Extinguish cans as needed to hold proper temperature. For best results use standard size "pink" Sterno.
